To extend His heavenly Kingdom to an earthly realm. He created you and me in His image and gave us power to rule over this earthly "dominion". Should it not be us, you and me, God's people who are among the wealthiest in his Kingdom?
The earth is the Lords and the fullness there of, that means everything in it.
You and I are joint heirs to his earthly Kingdom.
We are His children, what father wouldn't want the best for His children.
